Our Story

Founded in 2022. Built on results.

The VA Bar was founded in early 2022 as a training academy and community for aspiring virtual assistants. In a short time, we've delivered dependable, high-quality work for our clients and built a reputation for producing well-prepared, professional VAs — largely through referrals and word of mouth. Today, we continue training students to become confident, capable, and competitive virtual professionals.

Girlie E. Feratero

I worked as a Virtual Assistant for almost four years, providing quality service and support to clients from different parts of the world. But along the way, I realized that there was something more I wanted to do something that felt deeply meaningful to me.

I discovered a passion for inspiring and coaching others. I found fulfillment not only in helping people with their work, but also in helping them recognize their potential, grow in confidence, and pursue the life they dreamed of.

Since then, one of the greatest joys of being a coach has been seeing my students succeed watching them receive recognition, hearing their stories of growth, and seeing them build the lives they once only hoped for. Those moments remind me why I love what I do.

I truly love being a coach. Inspiring people, helping them grow, and being part of their journey brings me a deep sense of purpose and joy. And by God's grace and guidance, I hope to continue inspiring and empowering more people to believe in themselves and go after the life they deserve.
