You may browse our website, learn about our programs, and submit inquiries or enrollment forms. Our website does not currently offer visitor accounts or file uploads.

Enrollment & Payment

Program fees are outlined at the time of enrollment. Once enrollment is processed and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Enrollment grants immediate access to academy resources, training modules, and materials; because these are digital and non-returnable, payments are considered final and non-refundable, regardless of whether you continue or discontinue participation. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to fully utilize the resources provided. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring payment plans.

Limitation of Liability

There are situations where our academy cannot be held responsible for losses, damages, delays, or service interruptions. These include circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as:

• Third-party failures (internet service providers, software platforms, or payment gateways).
• Customer-side issues (incomplete requirements, outdated equipment, or failure to follow instructions).
• Scheduled maintenance or upgrades communicated in advance.

While we guarantee the quality and results of our training programs, we cannot assume liability for external factors outside our management. What we do promise is transparency, timely communication, and proactive support to minimize any inconvenience.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, designs, and training materials are owned by The VA Bar. No content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, or reused without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our website or services for fraud, illegal activities, hacking, spam, abuse or harassment, unauthorized access, or copying of our website content.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled in Gubat, Sorsogon.
